“No hacen la limpieza al día siguiente , te entregan la habitación hasta las 4 pm , el restaurante muy lento del piso 17 , y sencillo para lo que es el hotel”

“The room was good with everything you need, the breakfast was decent. The only thing I didn't like at all was the sale of park tickets by a Universal employee inside the hotel itself. They sold me the tickets at an excessively high price without considering the fact that we live in Florida. Furthermore, we were not told that the park opened at nine for guests of this hotel and since we went in a hurry at 7:30, we then had to wait outside and having had breakfast in a hurry.”

“The staff were amazing and helpful. Everyone was welcoming. From checking in to checking out, everything was smooth. Our suite was very clean and extremely spacious. We had a great view of the fireworks every night. Would definitely stay here again.”

“All the staff were great, helpful and polite. Suites with kitchenette, 2 beds, bath, small living room & desk was pretty good. Breakfast buffet in the morning was pretty good too. Tasty free coffee & tea in reception area was always well stocked (although offering ice water there too should be an essential). WiFi worked well in room. Beds were clean & cozy. The hotel amenities need improvement though. Pool closes early at 8pm and there’s no jacuzzi. The BBQ gas grills were completely broken and...

“Check in smooth and instructions sent promptly Room very let down, run down, most certainly not for 3 people, couch bed not useable as mattress wafer thin felt bars through unable to let child sleep there sheet supplied for this didn’t fit. Bed wasn’t much better as large gap between headboard and mattress which the one pillow given fell through. Bathroom very run down and floor was very damaged not suppled with any floor mat. “Hotel gradevole, zona piacevole, vicina a molti ristoranti. Mini golf nei paraggi. Una pecca abbastanza importante è la colazione. Pochissimi posti a sedere, scelta scarsa e non varia mai. Ottima la piscina, silenzioso il complesso . Mi è piaciuto, tornerei sì ma senza colazione. ”
