“I forgot to ask for the food voucher. But I did get my parking free, after help from an assistant. The hotel itself was great! It was clean, and the room was just right. The staff was nice and very accommodating. We used the shuttle to go to dinner, and the app, car and driver were all excellent.”
“We stayed for two nights here to see a concert at nearby NRG stadium. The room was very nice and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the staff was excellent with their service. The stadium is approximately a 20 minute walk (about a mile) which was great because we didn’t have to deal with all the vehicle traffic. Will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Houston. ”
“Double charged for self overnight parking during check out was told by worker the $20 would be charged to room once leaving the property had to pay $20 to get out so they need to change parking garage sign to $40 for overnight self parking if that's what they charging ”

“My reservation dates were incorrect and the staff was EXTREMELY helpful booking our stay upon arrival! I also recieved texts during my stay which allowed me the access to a box fan in my room and maintenance fixed a water pressure issue with the bathroom sink.”
