“The room wasn't quite how we expected based on the picture provided at point of booking, but was ok. The bed was on the former side but reasonably comfortable, as we're the pillows. The spa facilities were excellent and and well maintained. Breakfast was also excellent and staff were well presented (if a little inexperienced, save for the Maitre D). “Lovely location in the heart of Pateley Bridge with friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast. The car park adjacent to property is a public car park so can be a bit hit and miss if you get a spot but there are other options close by. Highly recommend”

“We had a very nice 4 day stay to attend a trade show. It couldn’t have been much closer which was great, and close to all the nice restaurants. There’s 1 parking space available which is ideal as parking in the town centre can be difficult. I’d def stay again.”
