Personale molto cortese, si viene messi a proprio agio fin dal primo istante. Sembra di stare in un complesso balneare di bassissimo livello. Tantissima gente nell hotel che urla e schiamazza. Le camere sono spaziose e bel tenute. Nel complesso deludente.”

“i had a very negative experience my hot tub jets didn’t come on and the hot water in the shower didn’t work. overall the hotel is very outdated as well. when i told the front desk he laughed at me with no solution. staff was also very rude. i stayed at excellence for 4 days and here one, it was nowhere near comparable to a 5 star experience. would not recommend.”

“The property was in good shape, the room stayed clean, and the food when cooked correctly was good. We stayed almost a week but had some difficulties at the airport which delayed our trip. The hotel would not reimburse us for the day we did not make it there due to 5 flight delays that we had no control over. The management team would not even entertain any sort of credit. This would make me not stay in the future as there is no controlling if you cannot fly to your destination.”

“Nuestras vacaciones en Nickelodeon no fueron exactamente lo esperado. El hotel es muy bonito y el staff del hotel en general son muy amables y preocupados. La atencion es exelente. PERO, esperabamos mas actividades para los niños. Nuestra idea era que seria un lugar con actividades todo el tiempo para los niños por todas partes. No fue asi.
