Qualcosa di migliorabile nella gestione del ristorante: non sempre presenti ed in grado di dare continuità alle richieste del cliente (dopo aver richiesto un black tea per tre volte a colazione è arrivato un caffè) per mancanza di coordinamento.”

What particularly made our stay special was Mr Bishnu narayan padhee who took very good care of us in the restaurant. Always there to help and offering nothing but the best of service. “Amazing stay at the resort. Special shout out to Dominique, Chetan, and Raj for making our stay so comfortable and accommodating the needs of my mom who had an injured ankle. They really took special care of her, ensured she gets the buggy on time, arranged a special resort tour for her because of her leg condition. I really appreciate their efforts. I am glad I decided to take my mom to Fazlani's on my visit to India.”

Visited that property but there was no rooms available As I have booked room online from expedia, Even manager was not willing to help us or to solve our query...worst experience from Expedia portal and emerald resort manager.... We have to look for some other resort in last moment, rates where high but no option rather den booking....it's very sad when u drive about 3 hrs and u go to the hotel and there is no room available....it's very worst experience”
