“Very clean, helpful staff, good location”

“Gym was small but very well appointed. Nice equipment for the space. Room was spacious. Sofa bed was not very comfortable. King bed was softer, if you like that, you would be happy. Carpet was a bit dirty but the rest of the room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was not great. Sampled an item or 2 and just found breakfast elsewhere. Hotel proximity to other attractions was good.”

“Quaint & homey style.. covered patio with rocking chairs. Staff were kind and professional. Carpet in hallways and our room looks new and clean. Establishment smells clean. Location is easy access to grocery stores, restaurants and major freeway. Price is affordable. I will be back and highly recommend this Best Western on Hwy 35 Waco.”

“If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I arrived with my family and immediately regretted my decision to book this hotel. The parking lot was dirty, and the property is located directly off the highway. Upon entering, the hotel appeared old, run-down, and unclean. I also observed other guests whose behavior made me believe they were under the influence of drugs, which made my family and me feel unsafe. I informed the front desk that I did not feel comfortable staying at the property....
