So 4 days out we asked to cancel because the space could not accommodate a third person. We were ignored by the property owner but 2 other management people said no, you can’t. “Yes but it was broken busted, bugs can get in from outside. No the floor was filthy dirty not been mopped. Then when I wipe up water from tub the floor were very dirty. Turn my white socks very dirty., may not be able to even bleach them. Need weather stripping, and a lot of repair that were previously damaged, I took pictures of all so I not be blamed.... There's more I should have been charged for the stay at all .. should of had a free night... More but I'm tired didn't sleep at all ... They...

“We didn't like anything about the room, it was an old property that was poorly upgraded, we had water damage above the shower, the the floors in the bathroom have yuk in the corners, the shower leaks in the floor. The beds are uncomfortable, they need more pillows, the free breakfast was cereal, the parking lot has pot holes it terribly needs repaving”
