However these significantly increased to transfer of sound between rooms and especially between floors. Every movement is heard. The shower only bathroom design isn’t user friendly with the large bathroom door opening inward just clearing the toilet and the person entering the bathroom. “Overall the stay was good. The staff was friendly and helpful. However the lack of towels during our stay was inconvenient. Our meals at Aaltos were not the greatest either. Overcooked food each time. ”

“Room was excellent, nice large bathroom, main room, floor to ceiling windows overlooking the tarmac at the airport. Everything about the room felt “Grand”. Will definitely be staying again and highly recommend.”

“The front desk staff were lovely. That was very nice… The hotel itself was under construction, which we were not informed of. We were woken up at 8 every morning by people working in the hallway and outside the door. Drilling and hammering were not the best wake-up call. We didn’t have anyone come into the room to clean or replace towels at all until the last day, after we complained, and even then they left dirty dishes and we had to ask for towels at the front seat.
