Whether you wish to ski at Park City Mountain Resort or the Canyons which are roughly a 10 minute drive from the property, or love to ski Deer Valley, with gondola access a 3 minute drive into the gondola parking lot, this new hot spot known as the Deer Valley East Village Lakeside location offers the privacy of private townhome living in 2500 square feet built for family entertainment. Additionally, for the 2025-2026 ski season, the HOA is providing a ski shuttle to and from the Deer Valley East Village base area!
The main level of DVEV 58 offers stunning views from the spacious deck and grill area of the mountains and lake. With large picturesque windows, bright natural light and vaulted ceiling living space, the family area is spacious and cozy with light modern finishes, iron railings, luxury Viking appliances and state of the art technologies, which are additions to the architectural elements like the stacked stone floor to ceiling fireplace which make for an inviting experience in this new neighborhood.
With multiple levels of family entertaining space, the lower level offers equal appeal, with recreation space and tall ceilings on both levels of the property. The home offers two King bedroom suites, a Twin over Full bunk room, a suite with two Full beds and a Queen sleep sofa.
The property's garage is spacious and offers ski storage area and ample room for vehicles.
Deer Valley East Village Lakeside 58 is perfectly positioned for year round adventure; skiing at all three resorts, hiking and biking year round, or boating and fishing at nearby Jordanelle reservoir. Whatever your interests, the Deer Valley East Village area offers ease of access to all Park City and Deer Valley have to offer.
The storage of any vehicle, trailer, boat on trailers, or RV on the street is prohibited. Please store large vehicles off-site. Appropriately sized boats or trailers may not extend past the edge of the driveway at any point and may be parked in the driveway for no more than one week.

We had a wonderful stay here! The home is bright, spacious, and beautifully designed, with incredible lake and mountain views. The layout is perfect for relaxing together, and the location makes it easy to enjoy skiing, outdoor activities, and downtown Park City. A fantastic place for a memorable getaway.

GREAT trip!
We loved our stay at this stylish townhome! With its stunning views and spacious interior, it was perfect for our group. The design is both modern and cozy, with a fantastic deck for enjoying the scenery. The close proximity to the gondola and downtown Park City made it super convenient. The bunk room was great for the kids, and the hot tub was a real treat.

Great house
The house was amazing. It was modern with plenty of space. Bathrooms were beautiful and kitchen had high end appliances. The location was great for skiing at Deer Valley - just a short drive to the Jordanelle Gondola and even closer to the newly opened Deer Valley East Village. This place is highly recommended.

Convenient location and beautiful home
We really enjoyed our time at the property. There was still a little bit of a water pressure issue in the basement but nothing too bad. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! It was very close to the lake and a short drive to park city! We would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay!
This house was a dream. Modern, sleek and very comfortable. The layout was perfect for a multi family stay and the location was great as well. A quick drive to the mountain and downtown for dining options. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time at Mayflower Lakeside 58! The townhome is beautifully appointed with large windows that let in lots of natural light and offer stunning views. It's perfectly located for both winter and summer activities—whether you're skiing or hitting the lake. The space is well-designed for entertaining, and the hot tub was a highlight for us.

Great townhome to stay at when skiing Deer Valley
Townhome is brand spanking new, with a kitchen that's loaded with all the amenities to make breakfast. Five minute drive to Jordanelle Gondola, although it was easy for our group to have someone in our party drop off everyone since one of us wasn't skiing each day. This particular subdivision doesn't have any shuttle to Deer Valley. The unit itself is really modern and nice, in a cool area near the Jordanelle Reservoir. Rooms were spacious, bathrooms were solid, and the kitchen was top shelf with Viking fridge and stove. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious townhome for a family
The townhome had all the latest technology. It was beautiful on the inside. View out the back windows were stunning. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. I only wish there had been instructions on how to operate the thermostat
House dipped down in the 50 degree mark first night. Finally figured out how to operate it. Very tricky

Great place but needs a few things
This home is beautiful- new and well stocked. Everything is really lovely inside.
Only issue is that there is barely any water pressure in the downstairs master shower. We literally couldn't use it. I would not rent again until this was taken care of. We had to share a shower with another couple and that was far from ideal.

Beautiful, new property
The property is stunning and completely new. The neighborhood is cute and right by Deer Valley. It is about 20-30 mins outside Park City. The house has everything you need for your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and laundry detergent are abundant. The house has a wonderful gas range if you want to cook anything. The washer and dryer are large and perfect for washing winter wear. The property has a keurig and American coffee maker in case you need coffee to start your day. My kids loved the chess set and the foosball table downstairs. You can get Instacart to the property but ordering food from local restaurants for delivery is scarce. We had a problem with the nest downstairs during a snow storm and it took a bit to get it resolved because of the storm but management took ownership and resolved our issue. The upstairs shower is by far the best shower. The shower heads in the downstairs bathrooms lack proper water pressure. They are brand new so they may just need to be regulated. Overall, the house is beautiful and new and I would highly recommend staying.
