Hotel a Hendersonville

“Booked for a king was given a room with two doubles, bathroom shower was dirty and in disrepair. Shower head was really dirty with calcification. Shower head and tub faucet were loose. People could be heard walking on the second floor which sounded like thunder it was so loud and went on for most of the night. There was only one outlet available for me to use to charge my phone and use my cpap. ”

“Clean room , a little rough in some areas. Ok location for those passing through. Not much options for dinner. But we are from the north where there are amazing restaurants. Crackle barrel is right across but we are not fans of their food. ”

“There was only one person working when we got there to check in and the line was 10-15 people long to check in. The hotel is very out dated but clean and breakfast had a great selection. Just wish they had more staff after driving all day, the last thing I wanted was to stand in line for a half hour to check in. ”

“Did not receive the room we booked for a king & received a double queen . Shower had rush / mold . And killed 2 palmetto bug within 4 hours of being there .”

“The staff was nice and check in was quick, however, when I got to the room, the fridge was dirty with previous guest’s stuff, the TV didn’t work, and the main light switch didn’t work. Other than that, the beds and bathroom were clean, and we were able to sleep comfortably. ”

“Everything is great at this hotel - stayed here a few times. It’s clean, comfortable and great breakfast too. My only complaint is there is very low water pressure in the shower. ”

“The room was nasty as there were bugs in our room, the bed was horrible and the drain to the shower would only go down very slowly. One of the maids asked us for money on Saturday stating “until she got paid tomorrow” which happened to be Easter Sunday and knew she would not get paid that day. There were also kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. We checked out early because of this. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!”
