Hotel a Hendersonville

“Service was good. Basically hotel itself needs some updating. There were things that did not work and other things that seemed to need to be replaced. All in all it seemed like someone was trying to run it on a shoestring budget.”

“We had a problem when we first got there. Our key card would not work and we were fighting with the door for about 10 mins. Boyfriend went to go get another key and I see a woman peeking out from behind the curtain in the window. I asked her if she was staying in that room and she came to the door and we spoke. Felt terrible because we woke her. Boyfriend comes back around the corner with the original key card and the person behind the desk only to find out that yes that room was already given...

“Dear General Manager, ​I am writing to formally bring to your attention the unacceptable conditions we encountered during our recent one-night stay at your Walterboro, GA location. We arrived and checked in at approximately 10:00 PM, having paid $180 for the night. ​Upon arrival, we discovered that the elevators were out of service, forcing us to use the stairwells. The stairs were visibly very dirty and poorly maintained, which set a terrible first impression for our stay. ​The situation...

“It was a clean bed, pretty comfortable actually, but carpets were dirty, room was clean for a night. It served its purpose.”

“Breakfast was acceptably good , air conditioning was good.”

“TV did not work, phone didn’t work, room smelled, safety chain lock was pulled out the wall, outlets by bed and bathroom did not work. The manager was curt and wouldn’t make eye contact. It appeared from the men standing in the outside walk way that the majority of the rooms were highway construction workers looking for a cheap room. Across the street stands a Holiday Inn Express which was apparently at full capacity. We will stay there on our trip home.”

“The rooms were really nice, clean, stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was ample abd they are Pet Friendly. My only complaint was i was on the bottom floor which is what i needed, but im pretty sure the people above me had dogs that were running back and forth all night and i mean all night so i wasnt able to enjoy sleep”

“The room was nasty as there were bugs in our room, the bed was horrible and the drain to the shower would only go down very slowly. One of the maids asked us for money on Saturday stating “until she got paid tomorrow” which happened to be Easter Sunday and knew she would not get paid that day. There were also kids running up and down the hallway and slamming doors. We checked out early because of this. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!”
