“My bed comforter had blood stains on it, I took a picture to send to comfort suites. The pool did not have any towels and staff said that they didn't have enough towels for rooms. There was constant noise and someone was screaming on the phone somwhere on the grounds ”

He was friendly and made clear efforts to great each guest at breakfast, even asking what they were doing in the area and recalling the same information the next day. He kept moving through the dining room taking completed dishes to the trash while maintaining conversations with each table. He was also the same way with other staff that...

They offered no help in finding an alternate reservation and when I asked to speak to the manager they hung up on me. Went inside the lobby, which smelled so strongly of weed it was almost unbearable. The staff behind the desk was visibily trying to avoid dealing with me, so I left. Only got a refund because Expedia’s customer service is good. The hotel never offered or initiated one ”
