Hotel vicino a Heritage Plantation - Virginia Beach

“1st, the room we were put in, the Ac was broken and when we called, the lady at the desk said, maintenance ismt here, I can give you 50% off of you syay in it, mind you, they do not air condition amy floor but the 1st floor, all.other hallways are hot and humid , so ot.was about 90° in the room, i told her no, we.needed.another room. She brought us a key for a room on another floor. Then the ice machines Only work on the 7th floor. I paid for breakfast for 2 for the 2 days we were there ...

“The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10”

“The room was adequate, nothing more. Neither the TV nor the fridge worked. If you're on a tight budget, I guess this place is good enough. But if you can spare a few dollars, go elsewhere!”

“When I got there at 9PM, I was told that there wasn't any available rooms & that Expedia overbooked them. Instead of helping or guiding me on how to find a place so late in the day or even show any sort of sympathy to the situation, the staff told me to call expedia and then walked away.. Expedia customer service was great but the staff at this hotel was useless.”

“I never completed my stay because the property SOLD my room! I was skeptical as to whether I would stay here, but took the chance and booked a “Pay at the Property” room.
