“Arrived to find that their system had been down for an hour. They were telling customers they could cancel their reservation and go somewhere else. wWe had to wait about an hour for the system to come up. They couldn’t accommodate us and just give us an empty room and figure it out later. We were there for a show on the next night. It’s a good thing we didn’t arrive the same day as the show. Everything else about the place was nice and convenient location.”

“Nice hotel for the price. Staff was great. Room had several things wrong-bathroom shower leaked all over the floor, room temperature was difficult to control. Good basic value for a property in Scottsdale. ”

“The walls are paper thin and you can hear neighbors quite easily. The 3rd floor seems to be the party floor and avoid at all costs. The best part of the stay was the breakfast and the gym. There is a Peloton available in the gym. Nice bar area for a drink and appetizer.”

“This resort was everything and more! It was truly a peaceful oasis! I would definitely say it leans more on the adult only side due to not having much for little ones, but it was outstanding. Service was great, food was fresh, and it’s a perfect place for relaxing! Highly recommend.”
