“Place was clean and well kept. One thing that needs help is the hot tub. I went in right after the pool/hot tub folks were done servicing it. The bottom of the tub was full of sand. The jet pump was worthless. Jumped in and jumped out. The music plays from 9 AM to 10 PM poolside. I had a speaker right outside my room. Had to call staff to turn off the music well past 10 PM. Now if they only could change the 10-song loop, that replays every 25 minutes, that would be wonderful. I don't ever want...

“No microwave in room. One microwave at the downstairs checkin area. Breakfast was minimal. Mostly carbs..bagels, cereal and muffins. Only protein was a boiled egg. Had a 3x3 refig in home. Barely kept anything cold even after turning up dial. Hotel did have a washer and dryer which was very nice. Parking was very limited. Hotel is pet friendly so be ready for baking dogs when owners go out to dinner.”

“The exhaust vent in the hallway on the fourth floor is extremely noisy! Handheld shower handle was a low quality product. The omlets for breakfast were not very good. Enjoyed the automated brewed coffee in the breakfast area, it was very good. However, the coffee served in the lobby was terrible. The desk clerk said I am not eligible for IHG points since I made my reservation through Expedia.”

“I booked a king room with a balcony. When we got there, we checked in, parked pretty far away, carried our luggage to out room only to find 2 queen beds. Noone informed us of a room change prior to walking in and finding out ourselves. It would have been nice to be informed when checking in at least. When i went back down to the desk to ask i was told there was probably a maintenence problem.They did offer us a free breakfast for the inconvenience but it doesn't change the bed size. When we...

“We stayed at a few Marriotts on our trip and this one was the best by far super clean really nice staff close to everything. I highly recommend this place.”

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”
