“Hotel was above average, but the hotel staff was not as helpful. Many times the desk was unmanned. The breakfast had the bare minimum and we constantly had to ask for coffee to be refilled. The pool was closed, so we could not use it. The hotel was quiet and our stay was fine. We would stay here again for a night, but only very short term, since there are better options for the same price range.”

“Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The onsite EV chargers were conveniently located and accessible. At one point, we needed to charge our vehicle but both charging stations were in use. One of the vehicles was fully charged and when informed of this front desk staff contacted that guest about the issue and happily they almost immediately responded by disconnecting the charger and moving their car to open the charging space. I consider that willingness to assist a striking example of first...

“ask for 2 queen beds and a rollaway for 5 people .didn't have a rollaway. didn't leave enough towels. made one queen bed and left the other one unmade. didn't have hot breakfast the day we checked out. the cook didn't show up. we had to buy another room for $200. for our 2 grandsons because there was no rollaway.”
