Thank you so much for your lovely review, Hervey Bay was 4 or 5 small fishing villages that have grown together over time. Each area has it's own shopping centre and restaurants. We are located near the Marina, the Boat Club and Cinema and many delicious restaurants. Torquay has the beach with life guards. We hope you come and visit again one day.

Hi Damian,Unfortunately these stains are from chemicals that we couldn't get out. Our carpets get cleaned all the time. Hopefully this year we will be replacing the much needed carpets.Hope you enjoyed your stay.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, eine Bewertung zu schreiben. Wir sind gerade dabei, die Möbel zu erneuern. Die meisten unserer Wohnungen wurden aktualisiert. Sie hätten Salz und Pfeffer in den Schubladen gefunden, in denen sich die Kaffeetassen befinden, und wir liefern Tee, Kaffee und Zucker, die auf der Bank standen. Früher haben wir Öl geliefert, aber die Gäste haben es immer wieder gestohlen, also haben wir beschlossen, es nicht mehr so anzubieten wie dort ist ein Supermarkt innerhalb von 2 km von uns entfernt.

Hi DonnaThanks for your review, I am pleased you enjoyed the spacious apartment and the view is really good. Unfortunately the pool heater died at the start of winter and the new heat pump is scheduled to be installed next week. There has been plenty of kids swimming and the spa is running at 34*. I am sorry to hear that a lolly wrapper was missed, I will inform the cleaners too. Hervey Bay is very spread out and there is no CBD. We are only 200m or so from a lot of restaurants, the beach, a park, Reef World and the Marina. There are 11 restaurants within a 1 - 1 1/2 km radius and the Boat Club is at the end of our street. Yes, a lot of the restaurants do close early and some of the coffee shops close early too. I hope to see you again one day.Thanks Linda
