“Stayed one night for work. Decent room rate and a huge room. Staff are great. Food in the restaurant is reasonably priced and very tasty. Hotel is remote so nothing else in the vicinity ”

“Overall the stay was fine, nothing alarming. Hotel looked really nice as we entered. However, the quality and standard of rooms were below expectations of a high reviewed/ star hotel. One example being the bathroom, shower heads were not consistent in the water pressure and so caused a lot of spraying all across. “Room was clean, the decor was in need of a refresh. The carpet on the stairs leading up to the rooms is very off putting and had me worried about the room itself. So I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was ok, plenty of hot water and the shower was great. Breakfast was very good and the staff were pleasant. ”

We thought the main bedding could be better with a bit more blackout curtain/blinds as the ambient lights outside were on for a longer period at night - these are some feedback for the sake of it. “Un albergo in posizione isolata, ma vicinissimo a Keswick. Camera molto comoda, pulita con ottimo letto. Colazione super, molto curata. Personale attento e gentile. Abbiamo anche cenato la sera: ristorante sopra le attese, cucina di territorio, raffinata e buona. Ci torneremo senz’altro alla prima occasione. Ambiente curato, pulito e tipico di una Inn di alto livello.”
