“First off I paid for an early check-in, and i was denied an earlier check-in by the front desk staff. Then, we were denied the ability to wait in the lobby. This lady was totally rude about it. Room was ok, super dark, bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke, my son said he saw a couple of critters in the bathroom. You get what you pay for, I guess. Then, the worst part was that my son slipped and fell in the bathtub. When I went to tell the front desk and asked for a manager, the man by the...

There was no iron to press our clothes with; the towels left in the room were as thin as paper; there was chipped enamel in the tub with some adhesive on the inside of the tub. In other words, there were no amenities. The manager...

8/10 Buono
"Ottimo posizione. Avendo prenotato all’ultimo Ottimo valore per il costo. Hotel moderno con pezzi di design. Self-check in ma c’è sempre qualcuno dello staff pronto ad aiutare. Ambiente giovane, pulito. La camera non era grandissima ma ci sono multi spazi comuni. Consiglio."
