“Properly grounds and staff were beautiful. The only issue was the hot water it took a long time to get hot and it didn’t get very hot. The towels and bed linen were soft and comfortable for showering and sleeping. I was in a suite and I would stay again in that exact same room,”

Only thing I'd say that could improve are things that'll change with upcoming renovations...paint touch ups, roll-away bed was older than expected. Room was cleaned after first night, which is rare in this day and age. I'd stay again for sure.”

“We switched my guys through about five rooms and each one had mold in the bathroom, AC did not work or all kinds of spider webs and spiders in the rooms. Very unacceptable conditions. I ended up calling Expedia and getting a refund. I put them in the Hampton across the street.”

“Carpets we dirty with visible food in room hallways. Trash cans always had food that could be smelled. Spoiled towels in hallways always visible. Gym never had towels. AC in rooms cut off at night with no motion and easy to sweat while sleeping. Staff needs a lot of training. Visit was still pleasant.”

Qui c’è una macchinetta del caffè mal funzionante, niente acqua, assenza di attenzioni al cliente. Non ci torno.”

The WiFi did not log on with room number, I was getting my kids to sleep so I asked n in the morning. They said they changed the WiFi, so they gave me an access code. My thing is, why did no one think to give this when we checked in? If that was the case. They think only certain ppl want the WiFi?
