“Clean rooms”

“A staff member called me 30 minutes prior to my arrival, stating my reservation was cancelled when I had called earlier, and stated I was going to arrive late and not at 3 when check-in started. The lady even said thank you for the heads-up. I will leave a note in our system, and after all of this, they still wanted to cancel my reservation. “Beds where very comfortable, but I got a worn out card key and a used key card sleeve, which that wasn't to terrible bad, the roaches on the bathroom is what made the experience not so great!”

“Llegando me encontré en plena recepción un alacrán. Se lo mostré al recepcionista. Luego lo aplasté con mi zapato. Al siguiente día en el desayuno la máquina de la comida caliente decía que estaba fuera de servicio. La máquina del jugo también fuera de servicio. Solo habían Wafles. ”

“after check in we tried to shower and there was no hot water available in the bathroom. even after letting the water run for 10 minutes the temperature was the same. I asked the desk clerk about it and there was little to no reaction or any action to inspect the issue or call a maintenance person to correct the issue. wont be coming back to this hotel. ”

“Indoor pool closed all year round , no hot water and t.v. doesn’t get reception”

“This place was disgusting. They shouldn’t be allowed to have guests stay. Stained carpets, furniture, shower was gross. Toilet was dirty. Bugs! Did I mention bugs??!! It was so bad I left and didn’t go back. Avoid this hotel at all costs.”

“Front office didn’t have nobody there. Had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Got to the room and didn’t have towels. Had to call again and wait for them to come back. Asleep next morning at 8am an employee just opens the room and starts to enter. Horrible experience.”

“A little gem in the area but it DEFINITELY needs updating and MAINTENANCE. The staff were very friendly and they care about their jobs. They offer monthly rates and the rooms are unexpectedly very homey. I'm looking forward”
