“I reserved a room eight months in advance, but when my family arrived at the property they did not have the room type we booked. There were 4 of us, I booked a room with 2 queen beds and they gave us one king bed and a pull out couch. The front desk mildly apologized, but that was it. We had an uncomfortable stay.”

“We had a long suite nice and spacious for 2-3 people. Fridge, microwave, 2 TVs Pool, hot tub I’ve never had a hotel give a free breakfast and supper and drinks! Location is great for the Arena. Lots of restaurants literally down the street. 10 pizza places! Great all around hotel and area!”

“The breakfast buffet was top notch, and staff worked hard to keep it stocked and fresh and the dining area tidy. The room was modern and well-appointed, and the beds very comfortable. Parking is in an enclosed ramp connected directly to the hotel--very secure. We didn't get a chance to take a swim or get a workout, but both spaces looked very well kept. “Only one person was checking people in and the line of people was wrapped around the lobby. Our room had thick dust on the lamp and table edges and there was a sock under the bed. No faceial wipes. Convenient place to stay for concerts but expensive for the condition our room was in and the long wait to check in.”

“Nice place overall. As a smoker, I was thrilled to have smoking rooms, the noise level was very low, except for the first day, which was just a guy on the phone...extremely loud. Now for the value...can't be matched. Excellent price. I willl definitely be staying at this motel 6 again.”
