“Then location is close to Interstate 40. This was a work stay, very convenient for my work locations. The staff members were all very friendly and accommodating. Very satisfied with the stay.”

“It was a bait and switch. The signage was a rusted and busted Budget Inn with no Rv park anywhere. They never asked for id. They wrote a door code on a piece of paper. It didn't work, they had to reset the code. There were no table, dresser ot lamps. The sheets were curtins they sewed the rod pocket shut We left, no refund was given. ”

“Tried to check in a king non smoking room and we declared pet that was service dog. This place still tried to charge me a 50 dollar deposit and then tried to debit my card several more times. I asked to refund and they said to contact Expedia. I still haven't received from Expedia. The whole experience was terrible and we slept in our car rather than stay at a motel that was gonna steal my money.”

“- Great location right of the interstate - unusual large room - non smoking but smells as smoking room - waited 50 minutes for the staff to check in at 8pm. - room condition is ok. It’s being worked on”

“Did not have a good experience with check in. The virtual card that expedia used for the booking with 3rd party was declined. I gave the card number again to the hotel and now have double the charges. Been in chat rooms and call with expedia and the hotel and still not resolved.”
