Hotel a Hokendauqua

“Room was dirty, door handle and lock were broken. Bed linens visibly dirty. Bathroom shower drain was broken pink slime in the shower. Toilet was disgusting not cleaned properly. One of the queen beds sheets were not changed there was still hair from previous guest so was not able to use that bad. I also was not able to take a shower because the bathroom was disgusting. I was physically injured from the bed rails sticking out of the bed frame. Would not recommend staying here. Management was...

“If I could give this a half of star I would and that’s just because they elevator worked. First hotel ever in my life that I’ve been to that didn’t have an ice machine. The bed in the room was terrible. It looked like something you put in a guest house and you know u never having company . I would never stay here again …”

“We had to ask for our room to be cleaned after it wasn’t cleaned the second or third day. The breakfast isn’t terrible—lots of options, but those scrambled eggs need help. Both bartenders are the BEST. We literally stay at this hotel because of them.”

“Floor in my room was not vacuumed seemed like a while since it was vacuumed, got a room with two beds, the beds only had sheets on them not blankets, there was only one blanket folded on the shelf, the one bed had some kind of stain on it, which was kinda gross”

“The location was great, the room was large. The room was very hot and the windows did not open. Maintenance came and said sometimes guests turn the fireplace on which overheats the room. They were had to turn on the ac which had not been turned on for the season. There is a utility closet in the room, which is very loud and ran all night ( sounded like sneakers in a dryer). The sheets and the rug were stained”

“Overall, a very good experience. Rooms were very clean, as was the entire facility. Check in and Check out was quick and easy. The included breakfast was a bonus, and the overall cost for the stay was very reasonable. They have an outdoor fire pit near the front entrance, and it was nice to sit out and enjoy the fire. Recommended to stay at.”

“We were so pleasantly surprised with this resort. We came for the night with our two toddlers and it was such a beautiful and peaceful place. They utilized the playground, swimming pools, and Cafe. It is a bit remote, but the resort has plenty of amenities to keep occupied. I am looking to stay in the winter and utilize their slopes! Thank you for a wonderful and peaceful experience!”
