Sunny, spacious, and ideally located in the outskirts of Bangor, this two-story home makes a wonderful base for exploration. Spend your days swimming in nearby lakes, hiking in Arcadia National Park, and taking scenic drives along the Midcoast. In the evenings, return home to unwind on the deck and listen to the soothing sounds of the passing stream.

This home sits nine miles southeast of Bangor, in an enviable location for day trips. Several beautiful lakes are close by, including Green Lake (home to Jenkins Beach, nine miles) and Pushaw Lake (21 miles). The lovely town of Belfast (34 miles), Acadia (35 miles), Bar Harbor (40 miles), and Deer Isle (44 miles) are within an easy drive as well.

Stepping inside, you'll be greeted by a large and open living space with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with leather sofas. You can slide open the glass doors to grill and dine on the large deck, while enjoying the small, tranquil stream running through the backyard. Or, remain indoors to play board games, flip on the gas fireplace, and stream your favorite movies on one of several smart TVs. Bonus features of the house include a private laundry room and complimentary WiFi.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
