2, letto, 2 1/2 bagni residenza di città, uno in un blocco di cinque, di recente costruzione, piastrellato in tutto, cucina completamente attrezzata moderna con patio colazione ideale per il vostro caffè del mattino, camera da letto principale ha letto matrimoniale, 2 °. Camera da letto con letto matrimoniale, entrambe con aria condizionata. Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo si affaccia su un ampio patio e su un cortile con pareti alte contenente barbecue e ideale per prendere il sole. Il patio principale si affaccia ad est e offre temperature fresche mattutine ma è anche fresco la sera. Sul posto di parcheggio, minuti (davvero) da spiagge, bar, ristoranti, banche, supermercati, negozi di lusso a Limegrove Centre, 24 ore. Stazione di servizio e clinica nelle vicinanze. Tutti gli sport acquatici, golf, tennis e polo disponibili. Noleggio auto anche all'interno di Jamestown Park presso Holetown Motors. We enjoyed the quiet location of this property and the proximity to everything we needed, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The set up was perfect for us with its two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and bathrooms and bedding were clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the kitchen and sitting room were tired and not very clean which was disappointing as overall it could have been the perfect accommodation for a stay in Holetown

Very Nice Apartment. Extremely Convenient to Walking to Shops, Groceries, Restaurants, and Beaches. Large Private Patio Area is Nice. Large living Area with High dining and working table. We were able to get into all of the restaurants we wanted. We walked to and snorkeled at all of the nearby beaches. Folkstone marine park is just a 10 minute walk. Charizma Cafe was a favorite for breakfast. Sea Cat is a great place for basic seafood dinner. All within walking distance.

The property is located in a nice and quiet area. A beach, shops, and restaurants are about 5 to 7 minutes walk away. The owner Paul is easy to work with, knowledgeable of the area, very responsive and takes pride in maintaining his home. We will definitely stay here when we visit again.Devin his home.

We had a great time. Very comfortable house for two couples. Easy walk to the beach and next door to Limegrove and several great restaurants. The owner Paul is responsive and helpful.

There was no detail left untouched. The host Paul, made our stay very comfortable. The location was ideal, 5 minute walk to Limegrove and Masseys Superstore. 5 minute walk to the beach! Large area for kitchen with plenty of utensils, bar ware, and porcelain dishes. Large walled in area in the back with a gazebo with plenty of shade for eating or reading. Enjoyed seeing the monkeys who visited daily. Thank you again Paul😊 Bill and Jo-Ann

Paul was always responsive whenever I had a question. When we arrived a little later than anticipated, Paul greeted us like old friends at the property to show us around. We left alone to get on with our holiday with no fuss whatsoever. Highly recommend this property. Great location in Holetown and easy to find. Went above and beyond on our last day. Perfect.

Communication was excellent with the owner, Including him arranging for a Taxi to the airport and dinner reservations. The pictures don't do this place justice - the outdoor back patio is very large with comfortable furniture, loungers, gazebo with table & chairs. The interior rooms are large and well appointed. We had everything we needed and we ate 2 meals a day in the Villa. Location is great - 15-20 minute walk to the Grocery, about 5 minutes to a nice beach and 10-15 minute walk to great restaurants . Very safe area, with a totally walled Patio. The downstairs is not air conditioned, but that wasn't a problem - a breeze flows through and ceiling fans kept us comfortable. A washing machine is a big plus and an outdoor line for drying towels , swimsuits and any laundry. Truly everything we needed. I would certainly stay here again and also recommend it to our friends. Outdoor space is extremely important when we travel and this space is exceptional. We didn't see the Monkeys until the last day, and saw many birds everyday.

Paul's property was exactly as described and provides excellent accomodation on 2 floors with large en-suite bedrooms on the top floor with large comfortable beds, ceiling fans and aircon. There is a large patio to the rear, accessed from the lounge, with chairs, sun loungers and dining table. The kitchen is fully equiped for creating family meals. The property is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac but only 10 mins walk to excellent beaches, a large supermarket and a wide range of bars and restaurants. Paul is an excellent host, easy to contact, fast to respond and very friendly. Thank you Paul. We wouldn't hesitate to go back to Paul's place and highly recommend to others.

The property was within 10 minutes walking distance from the beaches, supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The landlord was very responsive to any issues that we had. We would definitely rebook at this property.

Accommodations were great. The location was also in central area . Mr. Rapson was around everyday but not intrusive. Came as soon as you needed him. Well stocked. Very polite. I'm definitely going to stay here again.
