“I walked in at 8 pm and the front desk staff told me that they had no clean rooms and they don't know when they will be cleaned. I asked if there was an ETA and she said no, without any apology. She told me to cancel my reservation with the 3rd party, so I reached out via chat to that one and asked to speak with a manager. She said there were no managers on site. A manager was called and the front desk person briefly explained the issue, and the manager instructed her to kick me out because...

“The hotel is new, clean, and had nice amenities…however during our overnight stay we went to use the microwave in room and found it to be unplugged. Easy enough fix most of the time, but we found that the outlet was mostly obstructed by the cabinet and the cord could not be plugged in, the hole for the outlet was completely off. Just really odd that no one thought to fix that, or to even check that all appliances were operational in the few months the hotel has been opened. We reported to the...

“Holes in walls, cracks in sink, toilet ran nonstop, electrical outlet over sink/vanity didn’t work…they brought a new hair dryer that wouldn’t work because the outlet didn’t work. Asked for a new room and was told we would need to pay to upgrade. Never stay again at a super 8 or Wyndham property. ”

“L’hôtel é nuovo e pulito. La piscina piccola ma pulita e la palestra è fantastica (tutta attrezzatura nuovissima). Peccato il personale per nulla cordiale e la colazione è un po’ scarsa ma in generale ok. ”

“The room was spacious, clean, and nicely updated, which made our stay very comfortable. The front desk service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout our short stay. It felt like a great deal overall—especially when you consider that breakfast was included, with perfectly crispy bacon to top it off.”

“Parking was okay but could have be clean more withoyt sticky stuff on the walk way. Toilet had piss in it and would'nt flush. The room was half clean. I was charge extra after i paid thru Expedia. A/C was cooling but it could have been secured in the window more without looking at the blue walk way. Staff was okay but slow at getting things done.
