“Everything was great we’d hoped to have changed rooms but being third party we couldn’t. The pool was great as well as Breakfast and we were 12 mins from the new Universal and check out at 12 was awesome. When we arrived the AC was super cold already which was perfect for the Texas heat.”

“The breakfast was ok, we decided to skip it, the elevator didn’t work one morning so we had to bring our stuff down from the fourth floor. We didn’t get the room cleaned nor new towels, when I asked for them they told me to go down to get them. Not impressed.”

“Everything that was needed worked perfectly. 2 AC units was nice to keep it cool. Bed was comfortable the shower was really nice. The only thing we didn't like that one needs watch out for is the artwork. There was one with nudity. Other than that it was wonderful”

“Property was nice and so were the staff. The Wi-Fi was very weak. The gym was very nice but was missing the 5-, 10-and 15-pound dumbbells. The plug in the bathroom did not work (we reported it). We did not try the free breakfast.”

“The first room i was given had a broken toilet seat. The door of the second room was not properly aligned to the frame as light shines through 0n the side of the door. Breakfast was very unimpressive. I didn’t expect a 4 star experience but I doubt that I will use a Wyndom facility in the future.”
