“When I was checking in to the hotel the clerk became argumentative in my request for a room change due to the nonfunctional AC system that the manger had to be aware of beforehand. Secondly, The trash container at the entrance doors was overflowing and smelled.”

Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help ….”

“This is such a comfortable place. The food is good and plentiful. The staff is so friendly. I was welcomed warmly when we arrived. The General Manager steps in and does all the things she asks of her staff. She even remembers guest names. The rooms are very clean and large. It’s an ideal location if you want to shop at IKEA. I continue to return to this hotel when I’m in the Frisco area ”

“This hotel should be removed from Expedia. The staff will steal money from you. There are cockroaches and blood in your bed. Plus mice running around. ”

“Rooms were nice and clean. Free breakfast was misleading. It was coffee and a crossiant. Real breakfast was $22 a person. ”

“Restaurant and bar are available Mon-Sat. Front desk staff are all so helpful and welcoming. The gentleman in the restaurant at breakfast is so friendly. Easily walkable to many restaurants and bars in the area”

“We had high expectations for this hotel. This hotel exceeded those expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our experience further. The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel.”

“The front desk staff are friendly and were very helpful during our overnight stay for my son’s wedding. Everything was clean and comfortable. I did not eat breakfast or use any amenities so I’m unable to review those items. The room was tidy and bed comfortable and the only suggestion I could have is for some updating and minor repairs, for instance our tub drain did not have a proper seal. Instead of lifting it to open and pushing in to close the entire piece came in and out. It still did its...
