“When I was checking in to the hotel the clerk became argumentative in my request for a room change due to the nonfunctional AC system that the manger had to be aware of beforehand. Secondly, The trash container at the entrance doors was overflowing and smelled.”

“Sweet peaceful spot. We enjoyed all the animals and the laid back vibe. Could use a new mattress but other than that we really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The front desk staff are friendly and were very helpful during our overnight stay for my son’s wedding. Everything was clean and comfortable. I did not eat breakfast or use any amenities so I’m unable to review those items. The room was tidy and bed comfortable and the only suggestion I could have is for some updating and minor repairs, for instance our tub drain did not have a proper seal. “The hotel is fine but our bedroom tv didn’t work. The glass shower door is backwards. You have to be inside the shower to turn it on. Not fun. They have the dispensers in the shower. There was no conditioner and no moisturizer in the one by the sink. ”

“We had to change rooms at 11:45 at night because the bed was terrible, sinking in the middle. The room they moved us to had filthy and stains carpet and there was mold around the tub. We have stayed in this hotel several times and were pleased but this time was not the case. ”

“Location was decent . The First Lady that helped me was awesome !! Very kind and helpful however during my stay the older gentleman that works the desk was rude and not very helpful seemed annoyed that I needed help with my keycards and basically called me stupid for messing them up . He seemed to be pre occupied on his phone and earbuds and seemed mad if anyone needed help ….”
