“When I was checking in to the hotel the clerk became argumentative in my request for a room change due to the nonfunctional AC system that the manger had to be aware of beforehand. Secondly, The trash container at the entrance doors was overflowing and smelled.”

“First time visiting Frisco. Location was great. Breakfast attendants were kind and the breakfast was very good. Fitness center was nice. Rooms were good but very outdated. Mildew smell but kept fan on and it was fine. Beds were comfortable. Housekeepers were nice & efficient. Check in was smooth. Night audit agent & daytime female agent were kind. “We had high expectations for this hotel. This hotel exceeded those expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and enhanced our experience further. The rooms were excellent and extremely clean, and housekeeping paid attention to every detail, big and small. Its location near the Star District and the Ford Center made it an exceptional place to stay. Overall, this hotel was one of the best properties I have stayed at, and would recommend all visitors to Dallas to stay at this hotel.”

“Restaurant and bar are available Mon-Sat. Front desk staff are all so helpful and welcoming. The gentleman in the restaurant at breakfast is so friendly. Easily walkable to many restaurants and bars in the area”

“Upon going inside the building is smells so good fresh and clean. The Staff are nice,friendly and approachable. The BedRoom is clean and smells fresh. The bathroom is awesome I love those Body Wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and lotion. The Hot Tub is perfectly warm enough. The Pool/Spa Jacuzzi is amazing. My first time hotel that they offered for us to use and it’s vegan products. Breakfast was great too. How I wish I can come back and stayed more nights/days. Thank You Great Stayed!”
