Escape to the perfect family summer retreat on Surf City's beautiful beach. Nestled in the Island Oaks development, this rental property offers direct beach and waterway access, making it the ideal destination for kayaking, paddle-boarding, fishing, and crabbing.

The first floor boasts a full kitchen with a large dining island, a dining area, a living room with a faux fireplace with limited waterway views. You will also find a first floor queen bedroom, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. Upstairs, you'll find the primary bedroom with an ensuite full bathroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The upstairs hallway features a third full bathroom with a full-size tub/shower combination.

Unwind in the master bedroom while enjoying stunning sunset views of the waterway or relax in the upstairs sitting area with a good book, movie, or board game.

For your convenience, there is a wet weather entry and a fully enclosed outdoor shower.
