Questa stupenda casa unifamiliare fronte mare con 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni è stata recentemente rinnovata e non vede l'ora che tu e la tua famiglia venite a trovarci! Convenientemente situato a pochi passi dal cuore di Surf City, "Tak It Ezy" è il luogo perfetto per le vacanze per famiglie, amici e chiunque desideri godersi ciò che Topsail ha da offrire. A "Tak It Ezy" sarai a pochi passi dal molo di Surf City, dal nuovo ponte pedonale di Surf City, dal negozio di alimentari IGA e da molti altri negozi e ristoranti locali. Quando hai finito di visitare la citta 'godere la vista dell'oceano dalla veranda protetta o colpire la spiaggia facendo un passo a destra fuori dal proprio accesso privato!

Tak E Ezy dispone di 4 camere e 2 bagni. Le dimensioni del letto includono un re, 3 regine, 2 gemelli e un letto a castello a piramide. Questa struttura può ospitare 13 persone per prenotazione Cuscini, creme e coperte sono forniti. Lenzuola, come lenzuola e asciugamani, NON sono fornite, ma sono disponibili per il noleggio.

Great location! Had a few issues during our stay with the house not being ready at our check in time and some household things not working, but we made do and had a great week regardless. Lewis Realty did address the concerns we had and along with the owner tried to make it right with those issues.The house location can't be beat and we enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and how the house was just steps from the beach! The center of town and the pier were less than 400 yards away so we walked to dinner and activities a lot!

A Heavenly Beach Getaway!

The house was immaculately clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing all the comforts of home but with the bonus of stunning ocean views. The proximity to the beach allowed for impromptu sunset walks and morning beachcombing adventures. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive, ensuring our vacation was hassle-free. We felt truly immersed in coastal living during our stay and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a perfect beach escape!

We had a great stay.

My small family of 4 (2 kids ages 3&4) stayed the week of Thanksgiving. We only used the main level. There were still plenty of room downstairs for bigger family's (2 more rooms and a bunk bed area). Great house, great location, great weather. We loved our stay. Thank you!!

Great place on the beach!

Great for group of friends. 4 bedrooms was perfect. The beach location is wonderful. All that is needed is a ceiling fan for the screened porch. Perfect for game playing and outside dining-just needs some air circulation.

The property being right on the beach is awesome. It’s a cute place! It is definitely a smaller house, room wise. So if you’re looking for big bedrooms maybe this isn’t the house for you but other than that it was great! We loved staying there & the location is really great!

Annual beach trip!

Overall this property was very nice. There were a few issues around the house upon arrival, we called the office on Monday morning and the issues were addressed by Monday afternoon. Lewis Realty was very responsive & helpful. A new washer and dryer were delivered during our stay. The house was not super clean; dusty window sills, food, dust, and sand under beds and furniture, markings on kitchen walls. Nothing we couldn’t clean ourselves but wished it had been cleaner upon arrival. This property has two bedrooms downstairs with queen beds, and a bunk bed in the “open” common area right at the bottom of the stairs. Along with a King bedroom and a Queen + 2 twin room upstairs. There was limited kitchen counter space and cabinets for your own food & supplies. The ice maker never made ice, Lewis Realty gave us a few tips to get it to make ice, but they never worked, so we purchased ice all week. The Screened porch was a nice feature, but it is super narrow!! Impossible for anyone, even little kids to move around the table with the chairs. It was almost useless. The owner may want to consider a smaller, skinnier table that chairs that tuck under. The house is next to a public beach access, not far from the pier, and only steps away from the water. It’s located a few blocks from the grocery store, ice machine, fish markets, etc. Again, overall a nice house & management was very responsive. It was another great beach trip to Topsail!

The pictures of this property are a bit deceiving. It is much smaller than the pictures make it appear. Although the home is listed as being able to accommodate 13, we only had 8 and it was tight. I can't imagine 2 bathrooms with 13 people. The kitchen is also very small and not very well equipped. So, if you enjoy and plan to do any cooking, this might not be the property for you and your family. That said, the house is in a great location and it's conveniently right on the beach and near the pier. Although this property was not the best fit for me and my family, we still had a good week at the beach.

Family getaway with kids and grandkids was fantastic!

Great location right on the beach within walking distance of the little town and it's attractions. The sunrise and sunset could both be seen without difficulty especially from the pier. There was an abundance of shells right out front of the house. The only complaint was the sand dune mountain which replaced the stairs that made the trek from the beach to the house a little more difficult for grandma. One addition to the house which they may consider would be a step stool so that the upper shelves in the kitchen can be reached. All in all, it was an awesome vacation. Thank you! Cindy

Great location for a great vacation

We had 9 people at the house and we had a great week. The location of the house was PERFECT. The beach was awesome. Only issue was that it wasn’t properly cleaned before we got into it. Overall a great place to stay.

Best Place Yet

This was our 5th visit to Topsail and this property was by far the overall best. Our party of 9 had ample room. Having the town within walking distance was a plus. At first I was concerned with a public beach access walkway on one side, but in the end, I liked that better than have another house there, no problems at all. The owners and property managers are to be commended for bouncing back from Hurricane Florence so quickly. Lewis Realty property managers were very friendly and prompt answering all our questions.

Cozy beach cottage with lots of sleeping space.

Just finished a 2-week stay, just my wife and me to start but joined by 3 adult children and 2 grandkids in the middle of our stay. Plenty if room for all. Right on the beach with a screened in covered porch for watching the sunrise if you like. Well stocked kitchen with updated appliances. Charcoal grill came in handy for many meals. Would love to stay again!
