Chalet a Hollywood

“Awful hotel, really. I was looking forward to it being better than my last stay since there was some remodeling done but, no. The staff is awful so are the rooms. Hilton should be embarrassed to claim this as theirs. The rooms are tiny & dirty they feel sticky & just not worth even a quarter of what this hotel costs. The pools were muggy & dirty. Absolutely HORRIBLE.”

“Terribile, stanza non pronta e siamo dovuti tornare di sera, auto elettrica mai caricata per 3 giorni dopo loro rassicurazione. Per 2 giorno nessun room service, se lo erano scordato e la stanza rimasta sporca.”
