Ritiro fluviale di 2 piani con il tuo molo privato in "Old Homosassa". Si tratta di una posizione favolosa per rilassarsi e distendersi. Breve giro in barca 15-20 minuti al Golfo del Messico o alla famosa Homosassa Springs. Grandi stabilimenti come The Freezer, McRae's e Yardarm si trovano a breve distanza.

Il livello inferiore ha una lavanderia piena, un bagno completo con doccia e una grande camera da letto con due letti singoli e un letto matrimoniale. Al piano superiore ampio soggiorno e zona pranzo, una cucina completamente attrezzata, due camere da letto con letti queen size, bagno completo con vasca. Posto auto coperto. Aria e centrale termica. Fun and relaxing

The property is located in a great spot, we docked our boat out front on the canal and was only a 10 minute ride to the river. The house was clean and roomy, all of us enjoyed it.

Great Place!

We have stayed in this location multiple years in a row and it never disappoints. The house is always ready and clean when we arrive, the host is responsive and accommodating. The house is in a great location, golf cart ride to all the restaurants and boat ramp. The dock more than accommodates our boat and is a great feature. Short ride to the river out of the canal, great middle ground from the bay for scallops or to the Springs passing Monkey Island. Worth the stay every year!

Great location!

This is our second time staying here and we love how spacious the home is. Great location if you have a boat and the freeer is at the end of the canal for a convenient dinner on the boat. :)

Homasassa River house

The house was just perfect for us. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the owners. Easy access to get in. It’s right on the river. You won’t regret staying here !!

Always a great place to stay

This is our 4th year in a row, staying here. Owners are great. Everything is always set up perfect. Right on a deep canal with easy access to the Freezer, Crumps, Springs and the Gulf. The dock and canal can handle a 28 ft boat with ease.

The home is perfect for a large family or group of friends. Convenient location on quiet canal, clise to Freezer, Crumps and scalloping. House has everything you need and the price is extremely reasonable. Owners respond quickly to any questions you may have.

2nd time around

2nd year staying here for an extended time and enjoyed every moment. Location is great in a quiet neighborhood that is friendly. Home is spacious and on a dead end canal giving you privacy. We had dolphin and manatee visit many times during our stay. Close to the Freezer, Crumps, McRae's and Monkey Island. We enjoyed Seagrass and also the Margarita restaurant. We ventured to Crystal River and found a real winner - Peaks for a great fish dinner. Homosassa is a wonderful little community.

Great location!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect to multiple restaurants and our family who live in the area. Property owner was easy to communicate with. The house was clean! Could use some updating and outside lighting but no real issues at all!

Nice place in a great area

We always come to the area around Christmas time. This is the primo area as you are close to the spring and good restaurants are nearby. Great area to walk around too. We had 2 houses we rented and this was where we put our adult boys. They had plenty of space and the house was very clean. Liked the porch in the back. Thank you!

Quiet yet confidently located

We were able to recharge in this quiet hideaway. The house has everything you need to relax yet feel like home. We rented a golf cart and we’re able to go out to eat, shop, and hang out at local bars. We love our stay and the owners are kind and attentive!

Family outing and the home worked out well. plenty of room. we'll be back. some recommendations; when not used for a while, always make sure the sinks and tubs have water in their P traps. 1st night, sewer gas from the tub. ran some water then no problem. rage burners need new thermostats. was either on or off. pest control in dishwasher.
