Grazioso e intimo descrive al meglio questa proprietà distintiva. Dal momento in cui tu
messo piede sulla ricca hall in marmo italiano, sei abbracciato da un'abbondante eleganza. L'attenzione ai dettagli in questo paradiso del Pacifico perfettamente posizionato lascia poco a desiderare.

L'hotel / condominio fu costruito nel 1977 dai giapponesi, in un periodo in cui il denaro non era un oggetto. I principali materiali da costruzione sono il marmo e la foglia d'oro.

La stanza è di buone dimensioni, molto più grande di una stanza d'albergo, ti sentirai molto a tuo agio. La vista è dal 20 ° piano e in una direzione si vedono le montagne nell'altra l'Oceano Pacifico proprio di fronte è Diamond Head ..

Il condominio è adiacente al parco De Russey e alla spiaggia del parco De Russey. Questa è una zona molto bella dove vanno le "Belle Persone". Ci sono anche campi da tennis gratuiti nel parco con illuminazione notturna.

È a pochi passi dall'Hilton Hawaiian Village e dal Royal Hawaiian Pink Palace, o dallo Sheraton Mona Surfrider; ma è anche molto, molto bello tornare nella quiete di questo condominio al Royal Garden e allontanarsi da tutti gli hoi polloi, dalle folle di turisti e bambini. Quindi ottieni il meglio da tutti i mondi, tutti a cinque minuti a piedi.

Il famoso centro commerciale Ala Mona si trova nelle vicinanze. La fermata dell'autobus è a 1/2 isolato di distanza. Non c'è bisogno di una macchina. Questo condominio di lusso è molto più bello di una camera d'albergo.

'L'appartamento è molto bello e il lampadario è così elegante. È silenzioso, spazioso, molto confortevole, funzionale e silenzioso. Perché stare in un hotel, questo condominio di lusso è molto, molto più bello, allo stesso prezzo. Questo condominio è centrale per tutto il divertimento, ma lontano dalla folla di turisti.

Questa unità ha un letto king size in California. C'è anche un divano letto pieghevole. La vista è sul lato Diamond Head preferito dell'edificio, che ha una vista sull'oceano verso Diamond Head. Questo lato dell'edificio ha una vista molto migliore verso l'Oceano e gli alisei del Pacifico arrivano direttamente dalla grande porta di lanai.

As advertised

Clean space, amenities perfect for our 10 day stay in a lovely older hotel in a good section of Honolulu. Close to beach, shopping and restaurants. We’ll stay again, hopefully in a larger unit w same owner.

would have been 5 star but...

By no fault of the owner, the property treats condo owners a bit differently than the hotel guests and time share owners. the differences are quite minor, but noticeable. I had access to the pool and fitness room. but not the game room (pool table, shuffle board, etc.) the hotel charged $3 per bag for short term luggage storage, but was free for hotel guests. Aside from these minor annoyances, the room was wonderfully comfortable in a great location with short walk to high-end shopping area in Waikiki. The hotel staff was very nice and actually apologetic for these minor short-comings. The owner was very accommodating to my early arrival. Would stay again.

Stay in Waikikki

The property is nicely kept. It is basically a hotel type room with a small refrigerator and some small appliances for cooking (which we did not make use of). It is very conveniently located for walking to everything in Waikiki, but it is far enough out of the main area to be quiet at night.

Great Value & Location

The property was just as described. Located just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping, we very much enjoyed our stay. Prior to arrival, my wife and I spent a week at a luxury resort on the beach in Lahaina, Maui (very expensive). This property served as a relaxing, more private, and very affordable stay in Waikiki, while still very close to everything.

Excellent location and service.

We stayed 2 nights. Kind and friendly staff. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Clean room and quiet building. The building and grounds are well maintained. Definitely recommended VRBO.

Great location, easy walk to beach and entertainment.

The unit is very similar to a large hotel room. Our group rented 4 units in this building. Some other rooms in the property have been remodeled adding a closet and kitchen space. This unit has not been updated so the closet space is used for the appliances and storage. Not much room for hanging clothes. The unit is clean, well stocked and the owner is excellent to work with! The facilities are also very nice. Warning about the parking. Most of the attendants are great, but be aware when paying. Some of the front desk staff have a tendency to forget to mark down your payment. No reflection on this unit or owner, but if you are parking a car it is worth noting.

1.Property size was small 2. Floor was not clean 3. Towel supply was limited 4. Toiletry supply was very minimum 5. Can not charge valet parking to credit card and needed to pay with cash ($800) but the persons in charge of valet parking were all very nice and friendly 6. No ocean view at all

Very nice vacation

The location of this property was excellent. Everything you’d want was within walking distance. The accommodations were very nice. We really enjoyed our visit. Kitchen area was small but has everything we needed like a fridge, flatware, plates and glassware. Perfect for two!

Good shopping location

This place is intact close to shopping that’s the best thing. The TV isn’t a smart TV so we watched on our phones. The balcony is very slim so you can’t really hang out on it but great city views. And coming from Maui prior the city view from the 20th floor was beautiful. The shower is small and you only get two towels so bring extra or grab some as we did. The bed that was the best part. It’s a Cali king and the sheets and pillows where my favorite part. All in all I would rate it a 3 out if 5 just cause the small things count when your on vacation.

Our host, Paul, was easy to deal with. The room was clean, full of required essentials, incredible view and in the heart of Waikiki! Can’t wait to return and continue adventuring in Oahu!

Everything you need within walking distance.

We had a great time here. The king size bed is very comfortable after a day of exploring. Beach is a 10-15 minute walk, there are a couple of beach chairs and float devices to use. Everything you need to fix food in the room. The host is very responsive to questions.

As a handicapped person , the only recommendation I would make is to install a grab bar in the shower and a grab bar next to the toilet . We found you place very comfortable. The hotel staff, especially the valets were terrific. Laura

Nice property, very good bed/mattress, front door could use cleaning or fresh paint, tub was clean but stained, needs to be RE-finished to match rest of otherwise very nice bathroom, not owners fault, but thought property had a hot tub, wishful thinking I guess. Just what we needed

All in all, this was a great little place for just me and my boyfriend. Wasn’t huge as expected, but we used it to sleep and get ready, didn’t spend much time at all. Had everything we needed (also had beach supplies) and with free laundry which was helpful. The bed was so cozy and clean and while it’s not right on the beach you do get views of everything- city, mountains, and ocean! Host responded to all questions immediately and check in/out was a breeze. Mahalo!

Overall good. Only thing needed is more Small body wash, shampoo , and no conditioner at all. 4 days for 2 people on one shampoo sample size is not enough. I would have brought my own supply if known. Also lanai does not open. Thanks...

Great Location

Paul was very quick to respond when I needed help checking in. The room was clean, nice, and equipped with everything you need. Our only complaint was that the safe didn't work - we could store our valuables but the safe didn't lock. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay there.

The unit was spotless and well appointed. Loved the large soaking tub. No real kitchenette. Half of the closet was carved out for a small fridge and microwave. Otherwise everything was great.

A Pleasant Vacation

The property was very nice and well maintained. The condo owner, Paul, was very responsive both before and during our stay. The condo and the property had all of the amenities we needed. We would use them again as we were very pleased with the ease of booking and level of communication and service.
