This 1-bedroom condo in the heart of Waikiki offers a spacious open layout that can sleep up to 4 people. The unit is fully equipped with a kitchen that has all the appliances you need to cook up a meal, as well as a lounge area with comfortable seating. The Waikiki Banyan offers an array of facilities for you to enjoy, including a pool, hot tub, and sauna. And with the beach just a few blocks away, you'll have everything you need to make the most of your Hawaiian vacation.

Waikiki Banyan is an ideal location near the excitement of Kalakaua Avenue that makes it a destination for guests who like being in the midst of it all while still enjoying the peaceful side of Waikiki. You’ll find a convenient coffee shop inside the condo, pool deck, barbecue grills, a children's playground area, and men & women sauna.

Guests have access to the pool, sauna, recreation desk, and BBQ grill. The pool opens from 8 AM - 9 PM while the sauna opens from 8 AM - 10 PM located in the 6th floor. BBQ grilling is subject to availability. Occupants may cook on the recreation deck from 10:30 AM to 8 PM using the installed cooking facilities. NOTE: Reservations are necessary and may be made with Security if desired, up to 24 hours in advance.

LAUNDRY FACILITIES:
For your convenience, laundry rooms are available on every floor. You'll find washers and dryers in these rooms that accept both coins and credit cards. Additionally, a coin change machine is located next to the lobby in Tower 2. It costs $2.50 per standard load.
Please note that we don't provide detergent, but it can be purchased at the Sundries Store in the lobby of Tower 1. Occasionally, prior guests may leave an extra bottle, which we store in the kitchen or bathroom cabinet

This is a reminder that NO oversized vehicles are allowed inside the Waikiki Banyan parking garage. This includes any vehicle over 72 inches (6 feet) in height. Such vehicles will not be able to go up or down the ramps without causing damage to the vehicle.
Please do not move any furniture during your stay. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original position before checkout to avoid a furniture repositioning surcharge.
