“The shuttle was right there when I needed it at 4:45AM. One thing could be improved- a 2nd grab bar in the shower closer to the shower head. As most showers are slippery, a single grab bar at the back of the shower is insufficient. Otherwise- a very nice, restful evening. ”

“This place is absolutely beautiful. I loved it. It is a great value. Very quiet and the room was very spacious. And the service was fantastic.”

“The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean. The host is very nice and accommodating. My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. ”

I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.”

“Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. ”

“The hotel is in overall Poor shape, bad conditions, vent full of mold and rust, lights didn’t work, towels were musty. Inside hotel stunk of pot and elevator felt so unsafe.”

“My husband is an evangelist, and we travel to the area for almost a week visiting friends that are Missionaries. This Inn was more pleasant to stay yet than a Hilton or Hampton.. friendly staff that goes above and beyond, the room was clean. The property was clean. The pool area with a view of the lake was charming.. if I had to say one thing negative about this day, it would be that the pool was not heated or that they didn’t offer a Jacuzzi for cooler temperatures. Honestly, there is nothing...
