“Our towels were never replaced the whole time we were there, and the breakfast was disgusting.”

“The rooms were very clean and the staff were over the top kind. Made sure we were comfortable and had all we needed. The breakfast was amazing as well. We will be staying here again when its rodeo time again. ”

“I was not happy with my stay. I stayed there two nights and there was not worth money that had to spend on it. I will be checking into a refund. I paid for a suite for two days done kind of room and it was. It was horrible. American ended up falling on my friend, and none of the toiletries was provided. ”

“Nice place to stay while visiting relatives. Staff at checkin and checkout were very nice. Room smelled extra fresh and clean. Loved there was no carpet. No yucky bedspreads. All the linens were fresh and clean. Would definitely recommend.”

“Elevators were not working and have not been repaired for some time. It was painful for my disabled husband to climb up and down 3 flights of stairs. I understand it will be changing hands soon. It is a beautiful property. The elevators were the only downside. ”

“It was very nice for the area, but we had issues with the shower, the cold water wouldn’t work at all and the hot water was scalding hot. Other than that, it’s a very nice place with nice owners. ”

“The hot tub hasn’t worked the last two times we’ve stayed here. The water in the sink and the tub neither drain well. During the shower the water is about ankle high. The sink also had the same drainage problem while brushing our teeth. The staff was nice and breakfast was good. ”
