“Nice room”

“The staff was friendly and tried being helpful, but…. The room(s) was disgusting. Floor wet. Muskey smell. Rust in shower. Trouble with room key(s). I could go on but it seems pointless. The price was right, but given the room issues I would rather pay double for a nicer place. I would not stay again.”

“Even though I had a reservation there were no available rooms and I guess it was for the better since this is the worst, most rundown motel I have ever seen in my life and Im from the projects of Detroit. ”

“The waffles were good. It was close to nearly everything. Staff at front desk were rude. Room cleanliness was average. For a very last minute booking on a holiday weekend, it suited its purpose.”

“I didn't like anything. It was so bad that I went to a different hotel. The door to the room did not work. There was paper towel stuffed in the peak hole. The bathroom was filthy. I've never had such a bad experience as this one. There was die bugs on the floor. I can keep going. When you go back to talk to the staff and the frist thing they ask if you want a different room, then you know, it's pretty bad. Please dont go there.”

“The rooms were dirty. Specifically the bathroom, the sheets had holes through them, and there were bed bugs.”

“We came for the 4th of July to spend the night on the beach to watch the sky light up with the celebration . We loved staying here . The place was immaculate and updated . The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was amazing. I highly recommend the motel . The parking was tight tho especially since we came in a large pickup truck , lol.”

“The TV wasn't working. The phone didn't work. A bathroom was dirty. They came and changed the sheets every other day. Just wasn't a pleasant state and I believe I should get some type of a refund”

“The property was duty and the ac not working and nothing coming to clean the room . I don’t recommend this resort.”

“Mold in the bathroom & ceiling had bubbling paint. Floor was sticky & sandy feeling. Need two identification since two adults are using the room.”

“It was an okay place to stay for price but very out dated and some of the staff isn’t the most friendly people.”

“I absolutely love the location!!......However, upgrades are definitely in order......We made the best of the experience, it was my husband's birthday and I didn't want the condo not being clean ruin it for him.....The staff on the property were pleasant and super professional. Mrs. Elaine, our maintenance professional, was absolutely amazing as well!!! She was a highlight 😊......Everything would have been perfect had our condo been clean!!!!!!!!”

“Rooms were clean but need to be upgraded new beds and curtains and appliances/ blow dryer needs to be installed just needs to be upgraded for the price you pay but housekeeping was on point they were the best”

“This is the worst hotel motel I have ever been in. I know it wasn’t expensive. I know it was cheap but still the room smelled like pure cigarettes. Besides that everything was dirty the bathroom, the tables, the floor, the bed everything was absolutely dirty and also people beware do not go into this hotel motel whatever it is it is infested with bedbugs. I left so early after I noticed the bedbugs on the bed. This is not a good hotel motel. Do not go on here.”
