Godetevi questo spettacolare complesso privato recentemente ristrutturato come destinazione di vacanza con tutte le comodità di una casa di lusso. Il complesso offre 3 case di design situate su 1 acro di proprietà fronte lago sul lago Hamilton a Hot Springs, AR.

Le tre case sono situate intorno a un grande vialetto ovale che offre un ampio parcheggio. Ci sono diverse aree erbose per giocare e rilassarsi oltre a 100 'di fronte lago. Tutte le case sono dotate di Roku Smart TV e accesso WIFI. Questa oasi privata è perfetta per un ritiro di famiglia o di gruppo in una grande posizione principale del canale, e anche vicino a molti servizi.

La casa di fronte al lago è una casa di designer personalizzati piena di luce con 2 camere da letto, una camera a castello, 2 bagni e lavanderia. La guest house offre vista lago da tutte le stanze. Questa casa ha 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni completi e un divano letto nel soggiorno, può ospitare fino a 8 persone. La grande cucina aperta riceve una bella luce mattutina per gustare un caffè. Ci sono anche 2 ampie zone soggiorno, sala da pranzo e lavanderia. Questa casa è molto rilassante e confortevole con accesso al grande giardino e lago a pochi passi.

La cabina è perfetta per una coppia o una piccola famiglia. Puoi semplicemente rilassarti a letto e guardare la TV o immergerti nella vista sul lago dall'ampio terrazzo privato. Our family had a fabulous time at the lake lodge. All 24 of us (ages 72-3) absolutely loved our time here. The property was very clean and well maintained. The hosts were so helpful, prompt and courteous. The indoor spaces were great for gathering together and also afforded us all with privacy when needed. The outdoor spaces prefect for all forms of summer fun. We highly recommend this property for large groups.

Christmas on the road

It was an amazing environment. The houses were clean, thanks for the Christmas tree!! It made the mood that much more holiday oriented. Communication was on point when help was needed. 4 Generation Family Vacation

Our stay at the Lake Hamilton Retreat was perfect. We traveled with 4 generations of family. Seniors, Adults, Children 12 and under and an infant. Great accommodations for the infant. Full crib, high chair, stroller and a travel crib! For the other children and adults the 2 double kayaks, 2 single kayaks were perfect. The boat dock and swim area met our needs to dock our boat and play in the water around the dock after full days on the lake. Each house served us perfectly. We all had our privacy and able to gather as a group at the lake house. Beautiful deck, overlooking the lake and dock area. Blackstone grill made cooking a breeze. The hot tub was easy to access, clean and perfect temperature. Everyone enjoyed our time so much and hated to leave!! If we decide to vaca in Arkansas again, I’m sure we will check on this availability.

Great Time

Everything was great! Just as presented on line. The large yard made it possible for the kids to play games and lots of room for outdoor movie night. The kayaks were lots of fun.

Perfect for Large Families

We chose this property as a new location for our yearly family lake trip. My siblings and parents live in various locations across the country. With four individual families, each with children, we have struggled in past years to find locations that could comfortably accommodate us. The property was ideal in that it offers a large spacious great room for meals, games, and family time but also gave everyone privacy and individual space to relax. We brought a boat along with two jet skis. The dock accommodated us well and also allowed for fishing. Fantastic experience. We will definitely book this one again.

The property on Summersweet Trail in Royal AR was perfect for our family of 17. The pool was enjoyed by all but especially the kids. All the space was extremely helpful. Amazing vacation spot

Amazing property! The 3 areas allowed for quiet time for those who sought alone time while others enjoyed the deck, lake and hot tub. Beautiful layout with spectacular views. Beds were comfortable and everything we needed we had! Owners were very responsive and so so nice! Thank you we had a great vacation.

Couldn't have picked a better place

My husband and i got married in hot springs this weekend from out of state, and these homes accommodated our friends and family perfectly. The host was so easy to communicate with, everything was clean and in great quality. This listing is absolutely gorgeous and matched the photos identically. We would recommend this 100x over, ans hope to one day come back and stay again!

Wonderful weekend of memory making with a large family reunion.

We so enjoyed the 3 distinct areas for maximizing family time while the walk back to people's private rooms was short and easy! The view was lovely and peaceful. There was all we needed for utensils to cook for a large crowd! We made a lifetime of memories in a short weekend!!

We had a great time spending Christmas at the property! It was a great space for each age group and when we came together. The location is convenient to local shopping. While there were linens provided, I recommend bringing a few extra sets to avoid doing laundry. Definitely designated this property as a favorite

This property provided top tier service from the communication, location, accommodations, scenery, and comfort. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to have our annual Friendsmas celebration. Three separate locations that can house different families all at one time is the way to go. We highly recommend this spot and will definitely be booking in the future.

Amazing place

We took a group of high school kids for a youth retreat and it was perfect! The location was great, there was so much to do and plenty of space for everyone. The view was gorgeous and everyone loved being on the lake. The property was fabulous and we can’t wait to come back!

PERFECT in all ways!

This was a last family vacation together with our kids before they got married. Two families and the space was perfect for us. The hosts were so accommodating and it was one of the most well stocked kitchens we have had. The view is beautiful. The location is good and convenient to lots of things. You can also boat to restaurants and such. This is one of the nicest lakes we have been on. +++ all the way around. Lots of memories made.
