Questa piccola casa dolce è stata recentemente rinnovata e una breve passeggiata per Oaklawn Racing and Casino. È un paio di miglia a fila casa dei bagni. Le sue caratteristiche 2 camere da letto e un bagno con un ampio solarium. È confortevole e accogliente con il calore e l'aria centrale. C'è un parcheggio per 2 auto di cui una coperta. We loved our stay. It was about 10 minutes to the water and theme park. And 5 minutes or closer to Walmart and all fast food places. The house was homey and spacious and well taken care of. Very clean. It was easy to talk to the owner and she was super nice. We had kids from 5 to 18 and there was plenty of room for everyone. 2 of our kids had to use an air up mattresses. And there was ample amount of walking space around them. The house smelled clean and didn’t smell of smoke or animals. We are very happy with our stay.

The house and amenities were clean and functioning. Rooms are bigger than you think from the outside. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, but quiet and we didn't have any problems.

Just needed some extra space for a family get together in Hot Springs. It’s close to the casino. The house looks a little rough on the outside but the inside is updated and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet.

Property is exactly as advertised. It's in an older quiet neighborhood literally 4 blocks down from the horse track. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook most any meals. Traveling with two teenagers that refuse to sleep in the same bed; it was imperative for us to have a place to where everyone had their own bed/ space. All the beds were comfortable with good quality linens. All linens were of good quality including towels. Check in & check out was seamless. Communication with host was good. Only drawback to this property for us seeing we were traveling with 2 teenagers; is that the property only had one bathroom. Wasn't the end of the world having only one bathroom, and next time we travel to Hot Springs if this property is available, we would definitely stay again.

House was sufficient and location was great. Only reason for 4 stars was the mini blinds, especially in the sunroom bedroom. They need replaced, or curtains added. It is very bright in there in the early mornings, but a great place for a sunroom :) And the toilet paper roll hanger needs repaired. Those things aren't enough to ruin a trip by any means though. We are so sorry for the late checkout, it wasn't intentional.

Our stay was for two nights for a weekend of dance competition!! The area was nice, check in was a breeze, and the home was CLEAN!! Much better than staying in a hotel. We will be back!!
