“Molto consigliato!!! Esperienza molto positiva. Ottima posizione, molti ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi. Carina l'area SPA esterna, carina la palestra abbastanza fornita. Durante la permanenza la mia compagnia ha dovuto connettersi per un meeting di lavoro molto importante e dato che la struttura non ha un area adibita per business meetings, il personale le ha fornito una camera vuota per 3 ore senza chiedere un alcun supplemento, sono stati davvero gentili e disponibili.”

“Great hotel. Bunk beds were a huge hit with the kids. Very clean. Amazing service. Such a fun hotel!! I had hoped for breakfast to be included but everything else made up for that. Would definitely stay again!! Just a little constructive criticism…maybe add a towel hook by the sink in the toilet room. My kids couldn’t reach the shelf above the toilet. Also include 2 bars of soap instead of just one since there are 3 sinks 😉 But seriously loved it!!”

“La struttura si trova lungo la via principale di Banff e offre la possibilità di parcheggiare nel garage sotterraneo a pagamento. Personale repection poco sorridente poco professionale, potrebbero tranquillamente cambiare lavoro. Hotel decisamente caro ma d'altronde la località è esclusiva. La colazione si fa in un locale indipendente annesso all'hotel: non c'è una convenzione e si paga salato. Insomma non indimenticabile il soggiorno.”

“First of all, how is this not the highest rated hotel in Banff? At the price point, this place is incredible. I understand if you like a dusty old chalet style lodge, but that’s not for everyone. We very much enjoyed the amenities, including the free ebikes(!), the hot tub that overlooked the valley, and the restaurant with some of the best views in Banff. Would go back all over again. Great option if you want to be away from the crowds and bike/walk into town!”

“This was an excellent headquarters for launching my excursions around Banff. The staff delivered superior service when I requested a change of room. The rooms were clean and orderly with every amenity I could want. The premises were also clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The kitchen had every appliance, pots, pans, stoves, utensils, everything anyone could want. It was clean and easy to use. There was a laundry which I used gratefully. “It was a decent stay, but the room felt like a bit too warmer than we’d expect, and the only way to cool a bit is to use the table-top fan they gave for each bed, which wasn’t enough. I arrived past the checkin time, at around 1.45am and they checked me in without any issues. Also the checkout was pretty seamless - i gave my parking pass and room key, and that was it.”
