“A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access.
The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities.
The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved.
The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

“Travel Advisor Review: This was a very nice hotel. The beds were comfy and the view from my room was great. I could see the Capital from my room along with the planes coming in and leaving the RR Airport. The location was about 15 minutes from Old Towne, 20 min from DC and the National Harbour. The only negative remark I have is the waitress we had at the restaurant for breakfast. Unfortunately I did not get her name but for some reason she avoided waiting on my and my guest. “Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.”
