Check out staff seemed disinterested in how disturbing or disruptive that was to our experience . Did not offer consolation or apology as if this happened often or was every day normative experience! “Breakfast was always fresh, the bed, sheets and blankets were very comfortable, linens were very clean, The staff was friendly and very easy to talk to and I enjoyed how quiet it was when I chose to go to sleep for the night.
Noticed that your overhead roof that you can pull cars underneath.... Only about half the recessed lights were working and some were constantly blinking. I'm not complaining about this, just wanted to bring it to your attention (insert smiley face emoji)”
