“Probably was my worst Marriott experience-everything is very dated and furnishings were very worn. The kitchen had a microwave on the counter that was plugged in and a built in microwave that was not plugged in. We did not use the pool or the hot tub because they did not appear to be very clean-not sure if it was just from the age of the pool but neither the pool or the hot tub were very inviting. “This was the worst lodging experience I’ve ever had. Despite having a legitimate reservation, we were treated like squatters and even had the police called on us. The staff was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the situation appropriately. What should have been a relaxing stay turned into a stressful and embarrassing ordeal. I would not recommend this property to anyone and will never stay here again.”

Not enough pillows, weird smell (musty) in the room when arrived but improved the 2nd day. The safe in the room was broken. Overall we had a very good stay.”

“When we got there at 4pm the elevators were broken and rooms were not ready. We left and went to dinner. came back at 6pm. Our room still wasn't ready, so they moved us to a diff room. We were told the manager would give us discount in morning. In the morning we went to have breakfast. Only 1 bowl and no milk for cereal. They had a few chocolate muffins in a bowl and that was it. We checked out no mention of discount. I would not recommend staying there.”

“Pictures are deceiving on the site. The room was so filthy with black stuff all over the sheets. They moved me to the room next door that was also dirty but the only other one they had. The room is maybe 10 feet not the spacious room on their site. The bathroom was filthy and no toilet paper until I called them. Then took a half hour to get it. One small garage can that was maybe a gallon size. Staff is not helpful at all kept telling me his brither would help me. I had to stay...
