“My stay was completely ruined by a terrible odor in the room — musty, stale, and impossible to ignore. I reported it to the front desk but the issue was never properly resolved. To make matters worse, I requested a refund from both the hotel and Expedia and was denied by both. Absolutely unacceptable. Would not recommend.”

“So, when we first arrived, I was a tad concerned because no one was there or ever showed up but then after a few tries from corporate lol the guy in the back woke up and was beyond helpful. Mind you it was 1 A.M. so no hard feelings, I just started to get scared no one was coming and it had been a long drive. But honestly that was the literally only bad thing about the whole stay. “During my stay 5/22 -5/23 it began to rain at 4:30am and the ceiling started leaking above the bed. The water continued to pour from the ceiling on to the bed, the recliner and my clothing that was laid across the recliner. I called the emergency afterhours phone number and had them contact a desk attendant. They offered a new room or to just wait it out. So I requested a room change.
