“Spacious, clean and comfortable is what I would describe this location. We were passing through on our way to another city and wanted to stay longer just to stay at this home. Beautifully designed and very spacious for 6 adult women with a lot of luggage. Owner was attentive and responsive, would definitely recommend this property for anyone with a large group. ”

“The host was particularly responsive to all our request. The property was very comfortable and safe. We had packages delivers and received everything we ordered. The property is located in the 3rd Ward of Houston located across the street from an elementary school, which cut way down on excessive street traffic. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable although it was clean and relatively new. ”

“Nice property in the arts district - within walking distance to Spring Street bike trail, food/coffee/ restaurants (Sawyer Yards, etc.), art studios, and Target. Clean property. Enough space for 6 adults or a large family given 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths. Along the railroad track but sound is not a major disturbance. Neighborhood is nice though a couple properties next to the unit are rundown (other post mentions this). Would stay again! ”
