Hotel per fare shopping a Houston est

“Told front desk the first morning of our stay that there was no hot water and we had to take cold showers, they said they would look into it. No sorry. The next morning, cold showers again. I mentioned it upon checkout and the same rep stated the repairman said there was no problem. I told him that they should go take a cold shower then. The guy said oh ok. No personality, no I’m sorry, no discount, NOTHING. I would suggest that Expedia does not put them as a potential place to stay...

“Beautiful property, well-appointed, clean and updated. Nice pool and lounge furniture. Entertainment can be enjoyed from the balcony. Only drawback during peak times the water pressure is low.”
