“This hotel is marketed as upscale and luxurious, but my experience was quite the opposite. After arriving late in the evening, around 11:45 PM, I was disappointed to find a room that felt extremely dated and in need of significant renovation. The furnishings and overall condition of the room gave an old, neglected impression, and cleanliness did not meet my expectations.
The experience was so disappointing that, had it not been so late, I would have looked for alternative accommodations...

“Old fashioned rooms , need a renovation.
You can smell exactly the old carpets in corridors . Even the water bottles in the room are not free of charge. For the rate offered you could make it complimentary.
Pillows were also smelly , but clean somehow.”

“Facility was nice. DRIFTRS, the management company, is really bad. We were there for 4 days. Upon arrival we noticed no toilet paper and half the light bulbs burned out. The place was so dark I needed a flashlight to use the kitchen. We reported these issues immediately. They told us to use kitchen paper towels as toilet paper and did not respond to all the burned out light bulbs. We woke up every morning with the apartment hot and stuffy. The NEST thermostat is programmed to continually...
