“Overall nice hotel, clean, staff was courteous and friendly. The guest next to us had the TV on very loudly all night causing no sleep for myself and my daughter. The ice machine was broken, the hot tub was out of service and when we checked in there was work being done with a jackhammer inside the hotel, making it difficult to speak to the front desk for checkin. “Air conditioning was broken in our king suite and the hotel was booked solid but they gave us a standard double queen and bumped the reservation from a guest who hadn’t checked in yet (poor folks).
