“There was a stale carpet smell in our rooms and in the hallways when you get off the elevator. The ladies downstairs were very helpful at the front desk. They offered to change our rooms ( we booked 2 rooms) and they also came in with Lysol and sprayed.”

“The property is very attractive, however it is showing signs of age. The carpet in my room was in desperate need of restretching or replacement. The amenities are small and not really worthy of Hyatt Recency standards. There are no vending machines on the property. The ice machine on the second floor did not work at all. On the brighter side, the staff was very kind and accommodating.”
