“We find this Heritage Place to be ideal for our stays in Houston. The location is great, as TC Jester is one of the most park-like streets in town, and it becomes our main artery. Fairly near Karbach, the breweries and eateries along Wakefield, and even friends in the Heights. The building and rooms are top notch. Lovely carpet and pool. And a special shout out to Rosa, who works the front desk in the mornings. She's a delight.”

“The rooms were clean when we got there and smelled nice. They only clean every 3 days, though. The kitchen was cool, but it really needed some frying pans. They only had 3 pots. There were regular dishes, glasses, and silverware, but no big bowls. The elevator kept breaking down during our 6-day stay. Most of the staff didn't speak English, but they used their phones to help translate.”

“Staff is always pleasant, helpful, professional and polite. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. This is the same place we stay when business brings me to Houston every 7-8 weeks.”

“Close to everything, but the downside is there wasnt any kitchenware, so if you plan on cooking bring your own kitchenware, but other then that the place was great”

“Room was clean upon arrival. Stay was amazing. Rooms are pretty soundproof so slept very well although it’s close to the highway. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping very respectful of our things left around the room.”

“Great location with convenient parking that was included. Staff was great. Location felt safe for me and my family. My dog was also well received. Go club suite if you can, very nice amenities included with it. Room is a little outdated, but that didn’t bother us. Would definitely book again.”

“The room stunk, it was a kitchenette with no cookware. We found a bedbug and seen a roaches. I swear they have to be writing these reviews themselves. Didn’t stay long enough to find out about the breakfast. Although it wouldn’t have made any difference I wouldn’t have eaten anything anyway.”
