“Staff friendly clean room only thing this morning the shower was ice cold w water turned on hot all the way 😞 but everything else was wonderful just a cold shower isn't good for me I like a warm or hot shower could barely stand it on my body ”

“Room was ok but not really clean, there was a leak in the ac unit. The water in bathroom coming out of tub was dirty. Vent in bathroom was being held on by packing tape. Breakfast was not done so we never ate there. Hallways smell like mold. Staff lady was good and friendly but the guy gave the helped us charged us $40 more a night for an up grade for a couch. When we booked the room we were just getting a king size bed, but when we found out that our grandson was coming with us, we needed to...
